A new
specialist photography franchise launched on the Sunshine Coast
this week (July15th) focuses on taking property prices to great heights.
Top Snap
Marketing through its unique real estate photography system of interior (using
specialised lighting), exterior, aerial (using aircraft and helicopter), elevated
(using mobile 20 metre mast), and blimp photography aims to show off property
to its best advantage with a view to maximising sale prices.
Top Snap
Managing Director Byron Miller said leading agents such as Ray White, L J
Hooker, Carolans First National, REMAX, Colliers
International and Century 21 had already recognised the value for their vendors
and the competitive edge of investing in an outstanding visual package that
stands out from the crowd.
“The
objective is to produce images using specialised skills, particularly elevated
photography, that enhances the appeal of the property,” Mr Miller said.
“Top
Snap businesses will have access to a specially designed image server that
offers a range of image sizes that can be distributed within minutes in formats
ready for use in various applications.”
“Clients
receive an SMS message when the images are ready and they can view and forward
them directly from the image server.”
Mr
Miller said Top Snap interior photography was also producing outstanding
results through the use of a lighting enhancement system he had developed.
Prior to
the purchase of Top Snap, Mr Miller owned and operated a successful Sydney photography
business.
The Sydney photography business had around 180 clients in and
around Sydney
at the time it was sold by Mr Miller, who was among the pioneers of Virtual
Tours and its application to the property market.
