Pandanus Constructions on Qld's Sunshine Coast are one of the region's premiere building contractors. They built this grand residence on Mooloolahbah Dr Minyama. Rod Ratcliffe from Pandanus has submitted it for the Qld Master Builders Design & Contruction awards and chose Top Snap to photography it.

With it's Canal front facing north we chose to shoot this property at 2pm because at this time being winter the sun streams in through the front living areas to the kitchen and rear walls of the pool. Shooting this property at any other time of the day would have been too much shadow.

We spent 2.5 hours at this property and used studio lighting to produce these stunning images
